Library Rules

The use of the books of the Library is permitted to all citizens of Tremonton, subject to the provision that any one who is not a taxpayer shall first secure the endorsement of some taxpayer, who will guarantee the return of any and all books, the payment of any fines that may be imposed.

Non-residents of Tremonton City may use the Library upon payment of $20.00 per year. Nonresidents are subject to the same regulations as a resident.

Books may be taken for 21 days, and if not returned a the expiration of that time, a fine of five cents for hard-bound books and two cents for paperback books per day shall be paid by the patron taking the books, and he shall not be entitled to the further use of the Library until such fines have been paid.

Patrons must preserve the Record Card furnished them, and if lost or destroyed $3.00 shall be paid for a new card.

Loud talking, or any conduct that would tend to disturb those using the reading room will not be permitted.

Story Hour

Story Hour will be held each Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. A Spanish Story Hour will be held every 4th Wednesday. All ages are welcome to attend.
